With the blessings of Srila Prabhupada and all the Vaishnavas, our Rathayatra festival in Ulu Tiram, Johor, Malaysia was a grand success. Hundreds of devotees from Singapore and Malaysia attended and were blessed with the merciful glances of Lord Jagannath, Baladev, and Subadhra, as devotees and members of the public pulled the chariot ropes with love and devotion. Enthusiastic devotees went door-to-door, distributing prasadam to the residents of Ulu Tiram town.
The event left everyone greatly inspired and blessed. According to the scriptural statement those who are fortunate to have audience of Lord Jagannatha on Chariot are eligible to free from cycle of Birth and Death ,and ensured spiritual emancipation therefore saints, poets and scriptures have repeatedly glorified the sanctity of this special festival.
