Last week ISKM LA conducted a house program at their place. Due to Covid, many families were reluctant to come and only 2 families came. Subhadra Sundarī Mātājī had met them during a book distribution 2 months ago. The families have been joining the Bhagavad-Gita classes on zoom every day from one month and now they are convinced that Sri Krishna is the Supreme Personalty of Godhead and they are greatly inspired by Srila Prabhupada.
There was a family who were accustomed to eating meat and are planning to stop meat eating. They were discussing on how to stop this sinful activity for a couple of hours as they have children too. Please bless them and pray for them to progress in Krishna consciousness.
“So one has to make association with devotees. Satāṁ prasaṅgād mama vīrya-saṁvido. One can understand about God only in association of devotees. Therefore we are advocating this Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement, society. Actually, you’ll find, one who comes to this Society, by associating a few days, a few weeks, he becomes conscious and he comes forward for initiation and further advancement.”
