Bhaktin Divya and her family distributed books at Tirumala temple and while she faced some challenges during the preaching, she had successfully managed to sell 12 books.

Bhaktin Divya had bought a few books from Iskcon Tirupati.  Her father and sister helped her in distributing books although they’re not sincere practitioners or devotees themselves.

Under the guidance and motivation of Vraja Kiśora Dāsa this is the first book distribution that happened at Tirupati.

We pray that Lord Krishna and Srila Prabhupada bless them in this endeavour.

For the two days in Tirupathi, Prabhupada went three or four times daily to see the Deity of Balaji. And whenever he went, the pujaris would clear the inner sanctum of all other visitors and allow him a private darsana for as long as he liked, standing in the torchlight before the mystical, bejeweled form of Balaji.
